As graduates from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC), Chelsey and David aspired to have a farm one day. Driven by a passion for fresh, sustainable food and a desire to connect with their community, in 2023 they established Owl Hollow Farms on a beautiful 6.5 acre plot in Harlem, GA.
What started as a dream has blossomed into a thriving market garden, where they cultivate a diverse array of seasonal vegetables. From vibrant heirloom tomatoes to crisp leafy greens, every plant is nurtured with care and a deep respect for the land. All of their produce is planted, grown, harvested, and packed at Owl Hollow Farms by Chelsey and David.
Chelsey and David are dedicated to using organic and regenerative farming practices, ensuring that their produce is the freshest and highest quality possible. You can purchase their produce at the Evans market on Saturdays, where they love sharing their passion with their customers.
When they aren't in the fields, they enjoy trying local restaurants, fishing, hunting, and spending time with their two dogs. They are proud to be a part of the local food system, and love to provide their community with high quality healthy food.

We got married in Lincolnton, GA, Chelsey's hometown, in October of 2012.
We graduated from college (ABAC) in May of 2017. We got to walk across the stage at graduation together.
We dreamed of starting a market farm for years, but finally made it happen in 2023. We love working together and make a great team! We can't wait to meet you at the market!
